| By Car: |
Approaching Redditch on the A441 from north or south follow signs for Redditch Town Centre; use the right hand lane as you approach an island with Staples on the right. Go straight over the island staying in the right hand lane and take the first exit on your right – Access 1 Red Lion Street. Follow this road straight ahead towards the bingo hall and round to the right towards the police station (not the first right towards staples car park).
Take the first left, Victoria Street, towards the college then first left into The Quadrant car park.

Ask them to stop at the taxi rank outside the bingo hall/police station.
Once parked you need to walk towards Alcester Street, between the bingo hall and Domino’s pizza takeaway. Turn right onto Alcester Street and Life of Leisure is the 2nd door on your right, after the entrance to The Rising Sun Weatherspoons Pub. Please go up the stairs and report to the gym reception and they will direct you to the clinic room.

The clinic is a short walk from Redditch Bus Station either through or round the Kingfisher Shopping Centre. For more details on bus routes including a map please click here.

Free parking is available to all clients attending for treatment; however a token must be obtained from the clinic or the gymnasium to use in the ticket machine. Remember to leave a note in your windscreen if you need to walk round to the gym to fetch a token. A ticket is required from the pay and display machine before 7pm Monday – Sunday (£1.40 for 1 hour).
